You may have heard that cotton clothing offers a lot of benefits over synthetic material. Have you ever wondered why and what those benefits are? According to the Cotton Council International, the benefits of cotton clothing are numerous, but the main one is the fact that cotton is hypoallergenic and dust-mite resistant, which means is the best choice of material for people who suffer from asthma or allergies, or those who have sensitive skin prone to irritation. Natural fabrics such as cotton clothing allow for better air circulation, which helps remove and absorb body moisture, drawing heat away from the skin and keeping the body cool and dry. Also, because cotton clothing breathes better, it's the best choice to keep you cool in hot, humid weather.

How to polish marble floors and countertops
Knowing how to polish marble can be very confusing. Typically marble polishing is done by stone restoration professionals with the experience, tools and special marble restoration pads and powders. Some homeowners are able to polish their marble floors and countertops but you may want to consider hiring a stone restoration professional to polish your marble.
The first thing you should do is analyze your marble to see exactly what type of polishing or marble restoration task that needs to be done. If you have marble tiles that have lippage then the marble tiles have to be all ground down to remove the lippage before you can polish your marble tiles. Lippage is the unevenness of the tile heights where some tiles are raised higher then others.

Non slip tile floor
Applying anti slip tile treatments can greatly reduce the risk of injury and can also reduce the risk of a business being sued due to someone slipping and falling on their tile floor.
Tile floors have a measure of slip resistance termed the Coefficient of Friction or COF. COF is a number from 0 to 1 where the higher the number the greater is the tiles slip resistance. The ADA or Americans with Disabilities Act recommends having a COF of greater then .6 for all types of floors when they are dry as well as wet. A COF of greater then .6 will substantially reduce the risk of someone slipping and falling on your tile floor. Having a tile floor with a COF of greater then .6 can also reduce your risk of potential litigation should someone actually slip and fall on your tile floor.

Tile Guard Silicone Grout Sealer
Tile Guard Silicone Grout sealer is the only sealer that comes with an already attached grout applicator attached. This type of sponge tip applicator is not too practical because a lot of the sealer gets on the tile surfaces. A brush or roller ball type applicator works much better. This sealer is sold in small 4.3 ounce bottles for about $4.19 which actually makes it ounce for ounce one of the higher priced sealers in our tests.

Company newsletter important
Publishing a company newsletter can bring many benefits to your small or home-based business. Even if you are not good at writing or know nothing about publishing, you can either hire a freelance writer to do this for you or learn a few basics to get the job done.
The following pointers may be of help.
1, A newsletter can keep you apprized of your client base. Collect a list of people who buy regularly from you or at least who browse your services, whether it be on the Website, over the telephone, or at a specific location. Ask guests or clients to sign a guest book indicating by a checkmark whether they want to receive the newsletter. Those who do will comprise your client base. You can input this to a database on your computer, and at a glance, find out how many customers you have and who your regulars are.

How to win a customer heart
If you run an autobody shop call all customers two weeks after they pick up their car to find out how the car is and make sure they are happy with the job your business performed. This will enable you to address customer discontent, if any exists. This is also a good time to thank them for their patronage.
A handwritten note thanking a customer for buying from you is a simple step that lots of business owners overlook. This type of personal approach is almost always appreciated and remembered. Form letter follow-ups are not recommended, since they lose their personal touch.

Invest in Philippine Real Estate
Why the Philippines remains an exciting place for investment. 1. Positive economic growth. With a growing middle class sector brought by 11 million Filipinos working overseas and their average $17-billion remittance a year, the Philippines will continue to experience a positive growth of 3.6% for 2009 and 4.5% for 2010, according to global investment banking firm Goldman Sachs. And this is despite the negative growth that is projected this year for advanced countries. 2. Affordable homes. Philippine real estate remains relatively more affordable than properties overseas. And homes are expected to get more affordable here as the Philippine Central Bank is expected to lower interest rates following the US trend.
Get Your First Customers
Many new start-up entrepreneurs are caught up with the chicken-or-egg situation: potential customers want to see your track record in serving other customers before jumping on board. It is common human behavior to expect people to patronize businesses that have already established a good reputation. Imagine two restaurants - one is bustling with customers while the other one has only the cook standing at the door. Unless you are really starving, you will most likely opt to go to the restaurant full of customers. But how can you have a track record when no one gave you that first chance?
